The PDF-TIF-Analyser analyses your scan files page by page, classifies each page according to DIN format, and delivers the result directly as a clear Excel table – fully on-premises, without cloud services, and without manual intermediate steps.

Every page of every file is evaluated individually and assigned to a DIN category – precisely, automatically, and reproducibly.
Configurable scan tolerance
Define the tolerance in millimetres (default: 3 mm) to cleanly account for minor deviations from the scanning process.
Direct Excel export as Analyse_Ergebnis.xlsx
The results are automatically saved as a structured Excel table in the analysed folder – ready to use immediately for billing and documentation.
Link to the respective source file
Every entry in the Excel table is directly linked to the associated file – for quick access and complete traceability.

Set tolerance
Set the scan tolerance in millimetres. The default value of 3 mm reliably covers typical deviations in the scanning process.

Start analysis & select folder
Start the analysis and select the folder with the files to be checked. Processing runs fully automatically.

Result as Excel file
The application counts the pages per DIN category and automatically creates the file Analyse_Ergebnis.xlsx with all totals in the selected folder.
